Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant for 12 months. This role will support the SuccessFactors core team providing configuration expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting business change requests and projects.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems by using rapid prototyping with requirements and solutions developed on an iterative basis. This includes conducting research and analysis, accurately and clearly defining user requirements and processes, and liaising with the users.
  • Manage multiple small projects and/or lead specific sections of large projects to implement solutions to business problems. 
  • Participate in the systems implementation processes by defining business requirements and processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that management is kept informed and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Lead conversation with business users and provide guidance on SuccessFactors configuration and best practices
  • Support the SuccessFactors RBP model by ensuring documentation and controls are in place
  • Provide configuration expertise and support across SuccessFactors Platform
  • Work across teams to understand, document, and communicate impact of change requests and new requirements
  • Participate in the accurate maintenance of configuration workbooks


Skills, Experiences & Functional Competencies:

  • 5+ years combined SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
  • Minimum two full implementation lifecycles with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proficient in RBP
  • The incumbent must have working knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desired.


Other Requirements:

  • The incumbent must be a creative, self-starting, results oriented and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills in order to apply this knowledge to independently resolve complex business problems.
  • The incumbent must have proven interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from both users and senior management. 
  • The incumbent must work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities and changing project requirements.
