Overview

 

The candidate will support the Seniror Manager, Global Risk and Compliance Technoledy - GRCT, and is responsible for managing the delivery of projects to meet the business needs for Global Regulatory/Compliance and to ensure outcomes of the project are defined, satisfied and costs identified while working with a multi-disciplinary team of developers, business analysts, and business users.

 

What we are looking for?

In this role you will;

  • Build strong relationship with Business Users from multiple business lines to gain strong undesderstanding of business objectives.
  • Manage project reports to steering committees and other senerior management groups.
  • Create project plans and establish meaures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of project execution.
  • Manage project financials by completing budget planning, montly forcasts, dashboards, and accruals.
  • Establish project scope and effectively manage sprints and backlogs.

 

Are you the right person for the role?

You must be;

  • Strong Agile project managemeant experience in Compliance or Capital Markets area with indepth understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with project financial management including budgeting and reporting.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is an asset
