Purpose
Contribute to the overall success of Global Banking and Markets (GBM) by ensuring individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering polished, on‑brand work.
Accountabilities
Design & Production
- Produce professional, high‑quality presentations and visual materials within tight timelines.
- Interpret stakeholder feedback and refine designs to meet business and client needs.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support high‑volume, short‑term requests for Corporate Investment Banking, as well as longer‑term projects from Marketing and Internal Communications.
- Coordinate and support print production activities and deliverables.
Brand Consistency
- Apply established brand guidelines across all creative assets.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, recommending improvements to enhance quality and consistency.
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control.
Workflow & Collaboration
- Manage assigned work to meet service expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation.
- Build strong collaborative relationships within the Confidential Design & Production team.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional Growth
- Build technical skills in design tools, asset preparation, and production workflows.
- Participate in team learning sessions and stay informed of design trends relevant to the brand.

Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the Pitch Book Design & Production team.
- Assist with the operation and basic maintenance of print production equipment.
- Stay informed of industry and competitor developments and flag opportunities to update materials.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, and print production.
- At least one (1) year of experience in graphic design, page layout, or desktop publishing.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a fast-paced support or production environment.
- High school diploma (Grade 12) required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions
- Shift‑based role: In‑office from 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday).
- Office‑based work environment where non‑standard hours are common.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends, based on business needs; overtime may be required outside of regular scheduled hours.
- Operates in a fast‑paced environment with frequent quick turnaround requirements.
- Work may involve time‑sensitive requests and last‑minute changes, which can contribute to periods of elevated pressure.
- High level of confidentiality is required due to the regulated nature of the business.
- Some physical requirements, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
- No domestic or international travel is required for this role.
