Purpose Contribute to the overall success of Total Wealth growth initiatives and programs across Scotia Wealth Management with a focus on digital sales enablers and platforms. This includes consulting with client-facing teams, and collaborating with key partners across Global Wealth Solutions, Marketing and Communications to develop and implement effective sales campaigns to support advisor and client growth, as well as internal and external partnerships and referrals. The National Consultant will report to the Managing Director, Total Wealth Transformation, and is a key member of the Practice Excellence team, supporting advisor development, growth and partnerships.
The Practice Excellence team provides training, practice management and analytical solutions that are aligned to SWM’s strategic priorities and is focused on enabling our in-field advisory teams and leaders to effectively run and grow Total Wealth businesses at every stage of the employee life cycle.
Accountabilities Digitally enabling advisors to run and grow robust Total Wealth businesses:
Leading internal and external partnerships to support Total Wealth program growth:
Working closely with the Total Wealth Transformation team to develop strategic initiatives to support business growth strategy:
