This role will help enable the overall success of the Customer Acquisition & Paid Media team within the Digital Factory by supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role offers great learning and hands on experience opportunity for an individual who is keen and passionate about Digital Marketing & Online Advertising. The role will be augmented with on-the-job support, such as mentoring and coaching.  The role contributes to deepening subject matter expert platform usage globally, ultimately driving digital adoption and primary customer growth across the bank’s portfolio. 


Is this role right for you?

  • Support and help manage paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social and Display
  • Coordinate and document global SME calls across SEM, Paid Social and Display
  • Learn and train others on new platform features, build case studies and share best practices


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing platforms such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager is an asset
  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of being a resourceful problem solver
  • Proactive thinker who anticipates needs and plans accordingly
  • Able to effectively communicate ideas, both within the team and to multiple stakeholders across business tiers and countries
  • Ability to draw insights from the data being analyzed, and translate it into tangible action items
  • Organized and deadline-oriented
  • Curiosity that drives continued learning and the sharing of insights related to Digital Marketing 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and multi-task accordingly
  • Strong written and oral skills in English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset
