The Manager, eGRC Change Management delivers day-to-day change activities for the eGRC program, supporting communication, training, and readiness efforts to enable successful adoption. Contributes to the overall success of the eGRC Change Management team in Global Risk Management in Canada/globally, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role supports process and technology adoption across the Bank by facilitating communication, training, and readiness.

- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Supports execution of the change management strategy for assigned eGRC initiatives by preparing detailed change activities, coordinating timelines, and organizing required inputs to enable effective delivery.
- Conducts impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness checks, summarizing findings and escalating risks to the Senior Manager for guidance and decision making.
- Develops draft communications, engagement materials, and stakeholder updates, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned to program level direction and enterprise standards.
- Facilitates working sessions, feedback cycles, and small group discussions to gather insights, document change needs, identify challenges, and track completion of required activities.
- Supports the design and deliver enterprise learning solutions by creating training and enablement materials, such as user guides, job aids, onboarding resources, and engaging eLearning content, and coordinating effective administration, tracking, and reporting through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Maintains comprehensive change management documentation, including trackers, feedback summaries, templates, version control, and activity logs, while monitoring adoption and engagement trends to identify risks and reinforcement needs.
- Performs team administration activities, including managing calendars, distribution lists, folder structures, onboarding tasks, access requests, and other coordination activities to support smooth team operations.
- Support ad hoc program needs by delivering, materials, and change related deliverables in response to evolving priorities and stakeholder requirements.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in a consulting firm, finance or banking industry. Risk management experience is considered an asset.
- Project and program management skills with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical and planning capabilities

- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Experience with enterprise change management for transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory environments, data governance, and technical platforms supporting GRC functions.
- Familiarity with platforms, such as Jira, Clarity, OpenPages, and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.
