Purpose
The Manager, Strategt and Transformation will support the execution of International Commercial Banking strategies, plans, and transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, conducting analysis, preparing materials, tracking progress, and helping ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures. This position will support the implementation of the Regional Commercial Banking Operating Model by gathering inputs, documenting current-state processes, analyzing data, coordinating working sessions, and contributing to the definition of future-state ways of working. This includes helping identify process improvement opportunities, preparing recommendations, supporting implementation plans, tracking milestones, and developing reporting materials that allow leaders and project teams to monitor delivery against objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to document current-state processes, pain points, and root causes
  • Support the development of future-state operating model recommendations by preparing analysis, process maps, and implementation inputs.
  • Assist in the execution of change management activities, including communications, training support, stakeholder updates, and adoption tracking.
  • Work with business and technology partners to capture requirements, track dependencies, and support the implementation of enabling solutions.
  • Develop supporting action plans, trackers, and working materials for initiatives, hypotheses, and value capture opportunities.
  • Execute assigned workstreams and deliverables to support achievement of project goals.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through analysis, stakeholder input, and review of operational data.
  • Quantify potential benefits of improvement opportunities and support the development of business cases.
  • Conduct analysis to test hypotheses and summarize findings for project leadership.
  • Assess initiatives and solutions by documenting expected impact, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
  • Support prioritization discussions by preparing fact-based analysis and materials that compare business needs, effort, and expected benefits.
  • Support project alignment and execution by maintaining clear workplans, action logs, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Work closely with Strategy’s Senior Managers and Director, ICB business leaders, and functional areas to coordinate objectives, timelines, and project plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support execution, remove day-to-day blockers, and help deliver value.
  • Support the definition of objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in coordination with the Senior Manager or Project Director and business/functional leaders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation trackers, dashboards, and status materials to monitor progress across transformation initiatives.
  • Support value capture measurement by collecting data, updating benefit trackers, and preparing benefits realization reports.
  • Coordinate change management deliverables, including training logistics, communication materials, stakeholder lists, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify and analyze potential obstacles through regular check-ins with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain issue and risk logs, document escalation items, and support the development of mitigation actions.
  • Support the design and execution of change management plans and adoption activities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with project teams to gather feedback, identify implementation challenges, and document required follow-ups.
  • Prepare structured progress reports, including status updates, obstacle analysis, and proposed resolution options for leadership review.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Senior Manager or Project Director by providing timely updates, risks, and decision points.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and impediments in a timely manner.
  • Propose practical actions to address challenges and support the definition of action plans with the Senior Manager or Project Director.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • Fleuncy in both English/Spanish
  • Analytical and problem-structuring capabilities.
  • 4+ years of work experience in project coordination, delivery support, analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • Experience in transformation and/or consulting projects.
  • Experience supporting the development of business cases, financial analysis, benefits tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Work Arrangement:
This position is currently a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work 3-4 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
