As the Manager, Specialty Segments, you will be apart of an exciting opportunity within the Client Value & Primacy team to lead marketing strategies, planning and execution of key multi-channel
acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives. With a heavy focus on acquiring and entrenching Specialty segment clients (New-to-Canada, Professionals, Students, and Employee Banking), this role supports the bank’s ambitious customer growth goals, working closely with stakeholders from product, analytics, marketing, and channel.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end design, execution, optimization, and post campaign reporting of multi-channel marketing programs to drive revenue and profitability across specialty segments
- Use research, performance data, and customer insights to deliver lifecycle marketing strategies (acquisition, engagement, retention) across branch, contact centre, and digital channels.
- Manages key relationships and leading cross functional team meetings with internal partners and external vendors
- Support go-to-market strategies, new launches and data analysis.
- Generate and lead monthly reporting and dashboard development for Healthcare, Professional segments and our external partnerships, including ongoing enhancements to support performance tracking and insights.
- Oversee operational activities for Professionals and Employee Banking, including governance updates, user guides, weekly recaps, issue resolution, and advisor inquiries.
- Creates an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary education with a focus in marketing, business or similar careers
- Understanding of Retail Products financials and P&L levers
- Experience in execution of marketing strategies and running large campaigns is preferred
- Strategic thinking and results oriented mindset
- Demonstrated success in leading meetings and working cross-functionally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment

Working Conditions
• This role is located at our downtown Toronto, ON, Canada office. Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours may be required to meet business objectives.
