The Manager, Regulatory Operations is responsible for executing the Bank’s Operational Resilience Framework and ensuring the continuity of Critical Business Services during disruptions. A key part of this role includes supporting industry‑led operational resilience initiatives and coordinating with country‑specific regulators to meet evolving mandates. The Manager will maintain an evergreen view of critical services, processes, and supporting technology assets, ensuring resiliency requirements are embedded into design and regularly tested.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain resiliency frameworks, policies, and procedures to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to strengthen organizational resilience and preparedness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Operational resilience across people, processes, and technology.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with operational resilience requirements (e.g., risk governance, business continuity, incident reporting, third‑party oversight).
- Coordinate and support resilience testing, including scenario planning, tabletop exercises, and disaster recovery validation.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years experience of professional and relevant experience in any sector (not limited to banking)
- An Agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation
- Ability to design and navigate through conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast- changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, results orientation and data-driven approach in decision making.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills are required to deliver strong business focused plans and presentations.
- Results oriented and innovative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to leverage capabilities to increase revenues, decrease costs and mitigate risks.
