Purpose
Group Liquidity and Global Cash Management is responsible for reporting and managing liquidity and funding risk for the bank. This includes liquidity management and strategy, stress testing, daily cash management and reporting (financial, regulatory and management).
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Focus on regulatory reporting (Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Cumulative Cash Flow, Net Stable Funding Ratio, H4 Pledged Collateral Report, OSFI Supplemental Information Return, US FR2052 report)
- Be responsible for financial reporting (MD&A and financial statement note disclosures)
- Provide management reporting against internal limits (deposit counterparties, derivative collateral, securities funding transactions)
- Forecast liquidity and funding positions to inform funding decisions
- Produce Enterprise and US daily, monthly and quarterly regulatory reports
- Complete functional and user acceptance testing of monthly production releases
- Reconcile liquidity data to independent benchmarks
- Produce liquidity MD&A and note disclosures
- Produce management reports to monitor positions against internal limits
- Produce segmented/business line reporting to inform funds transfer pricing
- Provide other routine and ad hoc tasks as required
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry with a focus on treasury, capital markets or regulatory reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/ Mathematics or relevant areas
- Expert knowledge of Python, VBA, Power BI
- Strong background in accounting and financial statement analysis as well as a detailed understanding of banking products across business lines
- Prior experience in liquidity management and liquidity regulatory framework is an asset
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High performance, pragmatic, detail-oriented team player able to work well in a complex, demanding and fast-paced environment
