What You’ll Do:
- Produce timely, accurate, and well‑structured executive reporting materials using inputs gathered from multiple workstreams.
- Translate complex project artifacts—including plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and architecture summaries—into clear, concise, management‑level outputs.
- Track follow‑ups and ensure updates are reflected consistently across reporting cycles.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for testing and migration activities across Technology, Operations, Product, Change Management, and vendor teams.
- Collaborate closely with transformation leads, technology partners, finance, and operations to gather, reconcile, and validate key inputs.
- Act as an integration point to consolidate perspectives into cohesive, aligned views, reducing fragmented or conflicting messaging.
- Build productive, trust‑based working relationships across teams without relying on formal authority.
- Support preparation for SteerCo, ExCo, and senior leadership forums by tailoring materials to the needs and expectations of each audience.
- Present information clearly and confidently, highlighting key messages, risks, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Ensure all messaging is consistent, factual, and aligned with GTB’s modernization objectives.
- Apply sound judgment when determining what information to elevate, summarize, or escalate.
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risks in reporting and escalate them appropriately to the Director.
- Balance clarity with completeness, avoiding both over‑reporting and under‑reporting.
- Support maintenance of core governance artifacts, including milestone tracking, issue logs, and status summaries.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting templates, standards, and ways of working.
- Ensure alignment with established GTB and enterprise‑level reporting frameworks and expectations.
- Apply the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture to day‑to‑day decisions and activities.
- Champion a high‑performance culture and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in banking, payments, transformation, or complex delivery environments.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent modernization initiatives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility settings.

- In‑depth knowledge of how product, operations, and technology infrastructures connect and interact, with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and alignment to strategic objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills, able to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and deliver high‑quality outputs under pressure.
- Superior influence, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills, with the ability to align diverse viewpoints without formal authority.
- Strong judgment in determining what to elevate, summarize, or escalate.
