The Role
• Contributes to the overall data management practice and capabilities relating to data quality, data provisioning, metadata, lineage, reference data, issue management, and change management on GBM DP.
• Monitoring the status of data intake project from the JIRA system, improve and automate the status report for senior management.
• Own the change management process of GBM DP, keep producer/consumer up-to-date with change in data pipeline, SLA/DSA, business process. and analyze the potential impact.
• Enhance data control and metadata management on GBMDP and facilitate the resolution on data issue.
• Responsible for reporting data platform measures to senior management.
• Support on Google Cloud Migration by Providing advisory on metadata related question from GBM DP perspective.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services,capital market experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance Principals, Understanding of key components of modern data platforms including: data quality controls, data acquisition and ingestion, data processing, data enrichment, data models, data distribution.
• Strong Knowledge of Capital Markets products, some knowledge of trade lifecycle.
• Familiar with Json format data, Proven data analysis skills by using PowerBI / SQL /Python. Postman /ElasticSearch is a plus.
• Experience with project delivery, business analysis, and communicating with crossfunctional teams such as Data Architect team, IT team, business groups.
• Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and dividing up tasks
• Comfortable with Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
Working Conditions
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
