Contributes to the overall success of the CX Innovation / Channel Enablement in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:   

  • Develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and functions of the zPlatform designer
  • Support Retail Product lines (D2D, Credit Card, Investments etc)
  • Act as Subject matter expertise in Offer configuration
  • Review and understand current end-to-end campaign process from ideation/planning, data requirements/integration, content readiness, development, testing, channel activation, fulfillment and reporting
  • Present and share progress, insights and impacts with stakeholders/
  • Interaction with Scotiabank Technology teams
  • Interface with external third-party vendors
  • Support the achievement of business line targets including NAA, Account and Balance Growth, Primary Customer objectives
  • Adherence to compliance and regulations

  • Strong business sense with knowledge of financial industry concepts
  • Experience in agility delivery/transformation and delivery of technology solutions/innovations
  • Results are oriented and innovative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to leverage capabilities to increase revenues, decrease costs and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business and balance the needs of multiple organizations
  • Experience leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor/relationship management skills, co-ordination and strategic influencing skills, to facilitate teamwork and execution of priority initiatives and to collaborate and effectively build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to innovate, communicate new ideas and inspire support amongst teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize and communicate key information to various audiences
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database querying tools
  • Ability to generate reports and
