The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, innovative team that supports the Campaign Modernization functions within Scotiabank’s Canadian Bank Analytics group. This individual will be focused on optimizing the end-to-end campaign process for our targeted client outreaches.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Review and understand current end-to-end campaign process from ideation/planning, data requirements/integration, content readiness, development, testing, channel activation, fulfillment and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across each pillar (campaign execution, analytics, marketing, product owners, technology, QA, channel partners, data engineers/DBAs, etc.) to ideate, track and implement roadmap deliverables for optimization and enhancement areas
  • Assist in Pega platform migration to Pega as a Service Cloud by assessing current campaign builds on Lead Platform Application (Pega Customer Decision Hub/Dev Studio) for redesign in alignment with Pega’s best practices and out-of-the box features
  • Work with data engineering partners to redesign campaign data model for integration with Pega
  • Present and share progress, insights and impacts with stakeholders/leadership and maintain strong lines of communication
  • Requirements documentation and PowerPoint presentation creation

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: 

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing communications in a multi-channel environment
  • Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub preferred
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) an asset
  • Experience working with large data sets and relational databases and SQL skills (Python, Google Cloud Platform, DB2 , SAS etc.)
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding targeted campaigns/marketing communications
  • Experience working with multiple business partners and delivery timelines
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of related experience needed, preferably within a banking or retail industry
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
