Purpose
The Manager, Business Support will support achieving CID&A’s mission to transform the Bank into a data-centric organization through well governed data, innovative analytics, and impactful customer insights. You will track and report on the remediation of CID&A IT risk/audit issues and controls gaps. You assist the team to provide risk oversight for vendor and contingent worker contract management, and to support CID&A managers ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management requirements.

Use management skills to coordinate, track progress and report on the progress of risk and issue remediation activities.

Conduct analytical work to translate risks into actionable remediation activities, including leveraging data analytics tools to identify trends and areas of concentration of risk.

On-going monitoring and tracking of issues raised by (second line), Internal & External Auditors, and Regulators, and assist risk owners to ensure remediation is completed within pre-defined timelines and risk is addressed appropriately

Support the Senior Manager in working up with initiative owners to build their capability to effectively manage contacts and licenses within the frame work of the risk management frameworks

Support planning oversight and execution for the for the contract management lifecycle
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- Post-secondary degree with 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic business analysis, program & project management, as well as process improvement
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise-level initiatives, regulatory programs, and operational excellence

You have solid communication (verbal/written) skills

You have demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects and remediation activities in a complex organization dealing with risk owners across teams.

You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations and creatively develop alternate solutions and approaches necessary to resolve high-level, complex problems.

You have experience with compliance, audit and or risk management functions

You have demonstrated good ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Accountabilities

Manage Talent programs like Velocity and Drive to attract, develop, and retain high-potential talent, including young talent and internship/early-career programs.

Partner with Finance and Resource Planning teams to ensure Contingent Worker Management aligns with organizational targets and strategic goals Lead the monitoring of compliance of contractual obligations of CID&A contracts,

Oversee Third Party Contracts to ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements

Drive the establishment of organizational Anti Bribery and Anti Corruption programs with polices, communication and training

Support the development, testing and maintenance of CID&A’s Business Continuity Plan
