What You’ll Do:
- Designing and delivering scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, KPIs, and data models.
- Championing a customer‑focused culture and supporting strong cross‑business relationships.
- Contributing to global business planning by helping shape and track financial and performance targets.
- Translating business needs into clear technical requirements, specifications, and wireframes.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent BI framework with strong governance and data integrity.
- Collaborating with data owners and technology partners to ensure a high‑quality data foundation.
- Conducting data profiling, modeling, and integration to support strategic initiatives.
- Automating and enhancing recurring performance reports and executive dashboards.
- Analyzing sales, performance trends, and financial indicators using Power BI, SQL, Python, and other tools.
- Integrating multiple data sources (data marts, Excel, SQL/Python pipelines) to build unified global reports.
- Delivering insights and recommendations that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Acting as a BI liaison with regional and country‑level insurance teams.
- Supporting strategic projects by ensuring BI solutions align with broader business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with partners across IB Retail, Analytics, and Global Insurance.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk frameworks.
What You’ll Bring:
- You are someone who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong relationship‑building skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI
- Expertise in dimensional modeling and BI semantic layer development
- Experience with data virtualization/logical data warehouse concepts
- Understanding of data visualization and UX best practices (asset)
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder‑management capabilities
