The role:

We are seeking a skilled Manager Business Insights and Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintenance and improvement of current reporting process, data extraction from different sources, data quality and collaborate with the team in data modeling activities. To develop the work properly is required strong knowledge of SQL Server programming, MS Cubes and Power BI.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Financial Managers to understand financial processes and accounting to apply properly into our MIS processes. 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports for data quality and control of processes using Power BI.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
• ETL Processes: Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently loaded into the BI system.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders and Senior Management to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs
• Performance Optimization: Optimize internal processes and programs for performance and usability
• Documentation: Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Data Governance: Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the BI environment.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?  We’d love to work with you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in SQL and relational databases.
• 1+ year of experience in Power BI, DAX MIS Analysis Server, Phyton, VBA.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data security.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
• High workload is expected and working extra time.
