Purpose

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Assessment Execution & Coordination
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and mitigate potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI systems
- Manage the intake, scheduling, and delivery of AI risk assessments across business units.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of governance activities.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and project plans to support operational transparency.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, escalating risks and issues as needed.
Reporting & Metrics
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor governance KPIs, assessment outcomes, and compliance trends.
- Identify systemic risks and opportunities for improvement by analyzing outputs from assessment reviews and insights from internal operating processes.
- Support internal and external audit readiness through documentation and performance reporting.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with technical, legal, compliance, and product teams to embed responsible AI practices into delivery workflows.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager and other governance leads to align operational execution with strategic goals.
- Work with both English and Spanish speaking teams

- English/Spanish
- Technical Expertise: AI-focused professional with experience in reporting and Business Intelligence (BI).
- Tools: Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
- AI Knowledge: Familiar with different types of AI and associated risks.
- Experience: 5 years handling big data.
- Specialization: Technical skills in AI reporting and BI solutions.
Working Conditions
- Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
