We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Analytics & BI to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining, streamlining, and enhancing our reporting capabilities, as well as leading the development of data-driven solutions and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, and the ability to automate reporting processes using source data. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Measurement & Reporting

• Maintain and optimize existing reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and develop new reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs. 
• Automate reporting processes by integrating source data and leveraging advanced programming techniques. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. 
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms. 
• Utilize GCP for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. 
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for reporting and data visualization.
• Migrate existing dashboards built on SAS to GCP

Customer and Segmentation Analytics

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, impactful recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Partner with Retail Payments & Unsecured Lending teams to identify growth opportunities across customer segments and acquisition channels.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging analytical methodologies to inform strategy and execution.
• Manage multiple initiatives and ad-hoc analyses, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SAS, specifically Big Query and GCP Workstations for data processing and automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables), PowerPoint
• Ability to automate reporting workflows and integrate multiple data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with customer analytics, segmentation, or customer lifecycle models is an asset.
