The role:
Leads and oversees Global Technology Finance Reporting, ensuring the accurate, timely, and insightful delivery of financial reporting and analytical outputs that support strategic decision‑making. Ensures all reporting and analysis activities are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal controls, and established policies and procedures.

- Champion a customer‑focused and insights‑driven mindset, strengthening relationships with stakeholders by providing high‑quality reporting, analysis, and data-driven insights that leverage broader Bank systems, tools, and knowledge.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of key financial and management reporting, including month-end and quarter-end packages such as project actuals and forecasts (SIP deck), Quarterly Management Reports (QMR), Business Line Reports (CB LOB report) and other executive-level reporting. Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder information needs.
- Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial datasets, transforming large volumes of information into meaningful insights, visualizations, and narratives that support strategic discussions and operational decision-making.
- Strengthen financial governance and analytical rigor by implementing best practices in forecasting, variance analysis, data quality, and reporting controls. Support audit activities and communicate financial policies, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and automate reporting processes, enabling efficient financial tracking, robust analytics, and continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, quality, and cycle time.
- Support Delivery Project Management Offices (DPMOs) with critical financial analysis and reporting needs, providing timely insights, guidance, and standardized reporting to enable effective project and portfolio decision‑making. Drive best‑in‑class reporting practices and data management behaviors across stakeholders by promoting consistency, accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to enterprise reporting standards.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field with progress toward a professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) or a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years’ experience in financial management — preferably in reporting, FP&A, or project finance.
- Ability to independently solve complex problems, using strong analytical thinking, structured approaches, and sound judgment to assess issues, interpret data, and develop practical, data‑driven recommendations with minimal direction.
- Strong capability to manage and interpret large volumes of data, applying good judgment in the analysis, translation, and presentation of findings. Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing executive‑level dashboards is required.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., CAPPM) is an asset.
