Global Banking & Markets provides a full range of investment banking, credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients. Your Work Term At-A-Glance:
 

 

  • Create ongoing Executive-level reporting / dashboards by consolidating financial, customer experience, and operational performance for all Contact Centres globally.
  • Analyzing data on consolidated results; to identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with Global Contact Centre’s initiatives.
  • Oversee the timely collection of financial and operational data from business and support groups.
  • Design and implement processes to generate reports in a more efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to fulfill Executive requests for ad-hoc reporting, ensuring accuracy of information, and identifying efficiencies

This role is for you if you are/have:
 

  • Working towards a post-secondary degree in a business-related discipline or quantitative field (2nd year+)
  • Highly motivated and organized individual, looking to gain experience in an analytical, reporting, and process improvement role.
  • Strong data analytics skill set required. Experience with financial analysis and reporting an asset.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of data collection and reporting.
  • Advance knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) is a requirement. Experience in Microsoft Power BI an asset
  • Knowledge of databases an asset (including SQL).
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and collaborate with various teams and divisions.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various levels of management, across organizational lines, and international offices.
  • Spoken and written fluency in Spanish would be an asset.
