The Program Manager leads the delivery and implementation of learning projects and programs, partnering with Global Learning stakeholders and collaborating closely with business lines and external vendors. Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables are clearly identified at project initiation
- Develop project plans using standard templates and procedures to ensure delivery according to plan
- Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and ad hoc meetings
- Maintain RAID logs to track risks, issues, actions, and decisions to support successful delivery
- Create and distributes regular project status reports
- Champion a customer-focused culture with stakeholders and partners
- Build knowledge of learning platforms and technologies to manage deliverables effectively
- Lead implementation of complex learning programs; contributes to design, communications, and evaluation plans
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and ensures alignment across teams
- Act as central point of contact for project communication and removes obstacles
- Provide leadership and guidance to program implementation teams
- Use creative problem-solving to address project challenges
- Maintain strong understanding of platforms such as SuccessFactors LMS and Scotia Academy LXP
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience (preferably in learning & development)
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project
- Adult education certification is an asset
- Strong knowledge of bank policies, structure, and internal dynamics
- Knowledge of global learning programs, processes, and operations
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish is an asset
- People management experience is an asset
