Title:  Learning Experience Designer

PURPOSE:

The Learning Experience Designer will  be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions, with a focus on digital learning and human centred design approaches. The learning solutions you will design will target differen t types of learners and include modalities such as videos, blogs, infographics, and other elearning content. You will support the team's efforts to assess learning needs, assist in performance consulting, and ensure that learning is alligned with the banks strategic goals.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Design and develop learning materials/tools, in primarily digital formats, such as mobile,video, and eLearning, from ideation to evaluation.
  • Conduct stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews
  • Develop digital learning solutions which are engaging and creative, while still maintaining the instructional integrity and validity of the solution
  • Engage with team members to ensure outcomes are on track to meet needs.

 

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital learning/training objects
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Graphic Design Experience an asset.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certificate in Adult Education
  • At least 2 years of Digital Content Creation or Instructional Design and Development
