  • Support performance management, skills development, and knowledge transfer within the BA team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between technology teams, portfolio managers, traders, operations, compliance, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication on production issues, resolutions, and change impacts to senior stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical issues into business‑focused impacts, risks, and remediation options for leadership audiences.
  • Participate in governance forums, incident reviews, and operational risk discussions as the BA representative.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify systemic issues, process gaps, and control weaknesses within production support workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to incident management, change management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with IT and vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting initiatives to minimize production risk.
  • Ensure strong documentation standards for production processes, known issues, and support playbooks.

Delivery & Change Support

  • Oversee BA participation in UAT, production validations, and post‑deployment support activities for system changes.
  • Ensure production readiness criteria are met prior to releases, including operational impact assessments and support plans.
  • Balance production support demands with change initiatives, ensuring adequate coverage and risk mitigation.
