The JR. Operations Support will provide essential support to the operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for ABM & CRU. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating activities, supporting various operational functions and pager duty after hours and weekends.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for operational systems and equipment.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes.
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain and update operational records and databases.
- Support the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and implement solutions.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Pager duty after hours and weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing and able to learn and retain knowledge
- Branch experience working with ABM & CRU
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in an analytical or support role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
