<span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Unsecured Lending focuses on meeting the borrowing needs of retail customers across Canada.  We provide a suite of borrowing solutions including Lines of Credit & Loans through our branch network, our online and mobile banking platforms, the Customer Contact Centre, and Automated Banking Machines (ABMs).  We are focused delivering the best customer experience across all our channels.

  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Help grow the portfolio by working with internal partners to support the development and implementation of product marketing strategies & objectives
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Improve the customer experience by evaluating of omni-channel journeys (e.g. digital and branch) and supporting product distribution enhancements
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Using analytical tools and conducting product-related analyses to produce actionable insights and communicate findings
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Ensuring up to date information is available to field staff and other users through all publication channels
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Developing competitive landscape and competitor products, pricing and delivery channels

  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Analytical and self-motivated, with strong achievement orientation and attention to detail
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Business & product mindset and ability to think about how to improve the customer experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Excellent communication/interpersonal/networking skills;
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Good analytical and market research skills;
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">University degree in business or a related field, or equivalent working experience


<span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">YOU HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN …

  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Microsoft Office including proficiency in Power Point presentations
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Experience in use of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables);
  • <span style="font-family:"Scotia Light",sans-serif">Knowledge and use of analytical tools, such as power BI
