This is a unique role that blends engineering leadership, delivery excellence, and product/portfolio governance. You will manage a team of 5 - 10 talented engineers and delivery professionals, oversee a portfolio of critical applications, and ensure the successful execution of both development initiatives and operational responsibilities across the platform.

    • Monitor risks, dependencies, and impediments; escalate and resolve effectively.
    • Manage monthly financials and resource allocations (FTEs and contractors).
  • Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and other platform teams for portfolio alignment.
    • Ensure backlog clarity, dependency tracking, and strong cross‑team communication.
    • Provide standardized delivery reporting (velocity, burn‑up/down, release readiness, etc.).
  • Product Owner–Related Responsibilities (Depending on team structure, you may perform these tasks directly or oversee them)

Core Governance Responsibilities

    • Maintain APM information in ServiceNow.
    • Complete recurring compliance assessments (CAPQ, ISSCP, PII, RIM).
    • Lead yearly PenTest and DR rehearsal activities.
    • Plan and remediate software currency and security vulnerabilities.
    • Oversee access reviews, LAM/PAM integration, and incident playbook maintenance.
    • Complete TPRM assessments for new and renewed vendor contracts.
    • Engage with Architecture for solution changes and Security for TRA processes.

Additional Responsibilities (varies by portfolio)

    • Manage operational risk deliverables (approx. 20 items per cycle).
    • Oversee SSL certificate renewals and Firecall access reviews.
    • Manage vendor contract lifecycles for vendor‑supplied applications.
    • Complete and maintain NIRA documentation.
