As a member of the HR Reporting team, the HR Reporting Specialist collaborates within a global HR ecosystem comprised of HR technology, HR COEs, international HR, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and provide HR reporting solutions which align with business needs.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Develop and maintain business requirements for global HR reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT on HR reporting related projects to analyze and document requirements for report development
  • Assist with design, maintenance and administration of global HR reporting solution
  • Provide project updates and status tracking including identifying dependencies and risks
  • Support integration of the reporting solution for HR system integration with other systems
  • Analyze current operational and business processes, make recommendations, and execute changes to improve efficiency
  • Provide analytical support by analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide actionable metrics in support of HR and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and implement data management processes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of best in class reporting practices to bring standardization and consistency of use and reporting of HR data
  • Support and contribute to various HR data projects
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and identifying opportunities to improve/enhance reporting and analysis activities

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of reporting, analytics or related experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Curious with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Spanish language skills an asset
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI working with large data sets
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR processes and supporting systems
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with various levels including senior management
