The HR Reporting Specialist supports the Senior Manager, Reporting & Insights in the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of HR reporting solutions. This role contributes to the creation of HR reports and analytics using tools such as SuccessFactors People Analytics and Power BI, provides Tier 2 support for reporting issues escalated from Employee Services, performs quality assurance testing, and partners with HR, Technology, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable reporting solutions.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the development of HR reporting solutions using approved reporting and analytics tools, including SuccessFactors People Analytics and Power BI
  • Document and validate business and technical requirements that guide the development of HR reports for multiple HR and business stakeholders
  • Develop HR reports in accordance with data management standards, privacy requirements, and internal governance guidelines
  • Provide Tier 2 user support for HR reporting solutions, resolving issues escalated from Employee Services teams and escalating complex technology issues to Employee Experience teams as appropriate
  • Execute quality assurance testing for HR reports and reporting enhancements to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Provide technical expertise to peers across the HR Reporting team, including support with medium‑complexity database queries, scripts, automation, and reporting architecture
  • Support HR Reporting knowledge management by documenting and reviewing requirements, access rules, roles, and calculation logic
  • Collaborate with GHR Technology teams to coordinate system updates, configuration changes, and reporting support activities
  • Coordinate with IT partners to customize, maintain, and support HR reporting technology
  • Work with external vendors, as required, to resolve reporting or technology issues
  • Research emerging trends and leading practices in HR technologies and reporting, and share insights with management
  • Champion a customer‑focused culture and support strong relationships across HR and the broader organization
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with Bank policies, risk appetite, and regulatory standards, including operational risk, compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk frameworks

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing education in a related discipline)
  • Previous experience with HR systems or information systems; SuccessFactors experience is an asset
  • Strong data analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures and complex enterprise environments
  • Solid knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and controls
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, customer‑focused approach to problem solving
