The HR Data Management Advisor is responsible for providing operational and advisory support related to employee and position data management across HR systems. This role responds to HR data and lifecycle inquiries from internal partners, ensuring timely, accurate execution of transactions or escalation where required.
The Advisor supports a global employee population and delivers services in accordance with established global Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, internal controls, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems, knowledge, and processes
- Process employee and position data changes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls
- Provide effective and timely responses to inquiries related to HR data, position management, and employee lifecycle events from internal stakeholders
- Assess the complexity of data-related requests, resolving standard transactions independently and escalating more complex or exceptional issues as required
- Act as a point of support for employees, people managers, and HR partners interacting with HR systems, providing guidance within defined procedures
- Ensure positive and consistent experiences by striving for excellence in data quality, response timelines, and service delivery
- Use case management and knowledge management systems appropriately to document, track, and monitor requests and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, data accuracy, and service delivery, and raise recommendations to the Manager or Team Lead, HR Data Management
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Full French language proficiency (verbal and written) is required for this role
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Knowledge of HR transactions and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience in a shared services, operational HR, or customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately
- Solid understanding of organizational structures and complexity within a large enterprise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills within defined policies and procedures
- Proven teamwork capabilities
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
