The Escalated Customer Concerns Office (ECCO) is the first escalation point for unresolved or high-impact customer complaints for Scotiabank and Tangerine. We build strong client relationships, earning trust in every interaction, and identify opportunities to improve services and enhance the client experience. ECCO reports into the Chief Operations Office within Global Operations business line. 

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Assist the creation of meeting material for various initiatives including ongoing projects and team meetings; 
  • Support data gathering and analysis for initiatives and to provide business and client insights; 
  • Provide support for ongoing initiatives and team resource centre maintenance; 
  • Prepare additional activities, which could include process documentation, meeting support, team building activities, etc.
  • Additional support as new projects/initiatives or incidents occur.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions and/or hackathons.
  • You have strong communication writing skills and report preparation 
  • You have excellent organizational and analytical skills 
  • You are a flexible and creative thinker who champions a customer focused culture  
  • You are a curious individual who is interested in learning about the organizational structure of the Bank
