 As a Intern/Co-op, you will be embedded within the Change & Operational Readiness team, supporting the delivery of a large‑scale payments transformation initiative. You will work closely with business, technology, and operations partners, gaining hands‑on experience in enterprise change management within a regulated financial environment.  

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:  

 

  • Supporting change management activities across Payments Modernization workstreams  

  • Participating in lab stand‑ups, team meetings, and walkthrough sessions to capture updates, risks, and actions  

  • Preparing and maintaining program documentation, including process flows, status updates, and executive‑level materials  

  • Assisting with the development of presentations and summaries for governance and leadership forums  

  • Supporting operational readiness activities related to new platform implementations and legacy system decommissioning  

  • Coordinating meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups with cross‑functional stakeholders

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.  

  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.  

  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 

  • Comfort working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. 

  • Interest in banking, payments, technology, or enterprise transformation. 

  • Prior experience in project support, documentation, or analysis roles is an asset.
