The Team

Do you want to help Scotiabank STOP Fraudsters from taking our customer’s money? As a key part of the Fraud operations team, you will be part of a dedicated group looking to improve on Fraud prevention. The Fraud Operations team plays a critical role with a focus on our client’s ability to serve Scotiabank’s customers on a daily basis to prevent Fraud.

Are you the right person for this role?

 

Some of the key accountabilities include:

 

  • Working with the Fraud Management Group in supporting their day to day operation  
  • Statistical Reporting
  • Production support Pager rotation
  • Problem triaging
  • Assess, prioritize and develop remediation plans for Fraud action plans

 

 

What You Will Bring to Succeed

 

  • 3+ years of experience Business Analysis related type work
  • experience understanding testing methodologies such as application, unit and performance testing
  • A fast learner who has an appetite to learn what’s behind both simple and complex FRAUD solutions
  • a positive and resilient personality. You must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
