Enterprise Security’s Security Engineering & Deployment (SED) team is looking for an Engagement Management Specialist within the SED team. Reporting into the Director, Security Engineering Service Delivery, this role offers the opportunity to excel and thrive in a high-performance and results-driven organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business line management to deliver high quality, reliable enterprise solutions in an agile and cost-effective manner while complying to the bank’s security standards and policies.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Work in close collaboration with SED solutions engineering and delivery teams.
- Understand, translate and articulate SED strategies and roadmaps to multiple stakeholders including executives and the technical teams.
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships through deep understanding of the business line’s needs and ensure SED’s strategic alignment.
- Provide communication/alerts regarding degraded or missed service levels as a part of the problem management escalation process.
- Pro-actively communicate any IT issues and upgrades to your stakeholders.
- Partner with the broader security teams to ensure flawless and speedy deliverables to the clients.

- Excellent communication and leaderships skills, are results-oriented and diplomatically assertive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent personal computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
