We’re looking for a passionate ETL Developer Associate who thrives on solving data challenges and building reliable pipelines that fuel decision-making. In this role you will: 

 

  • Design and implement data ingestion pipelines across SQL Server, Databricks on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 
  • Build robust ETL solutions using T-SQL, SSIS, and other modern tools to integrate data into our central warehouse. 
  • Collaborate on end-to-end data initiatives—from development and testing to deployment and support. 
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to operations teams and maintain high-quality, production-ready data processes. 
  • Create SQL views and data interfaces that empower users to access and analyze data seamlessly. 
  • Integrate systems using REST APIs, SharePoint, sFTP scripting with python, and more. 
  • Document data flows, maintain data dictionaries, and support data governance efforts. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, working with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate code deployments and production rollouts. 
  • Explore and apply AI-powered development tools to boost productivity. 
  • Support and train users across the organization to maximize data value. 

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 
 

  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Data Platform stack: SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, Power BI. 
  • Development experience in .NET (C#), Python, DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket 
  • Experience with Databricks on Azure or GCP, GCP BigQuery, Terraform, Composer / Airflow, Cloud SQL, Vertex AI, Looker, or Azure a plus. 
  • Comfort working in both Windows and Linux environments. 
  • Experience with data warehouse design and system integration. 
  • Ability to consume and work with REST APIs. 
  • Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and Git/GitHub Enterprise a plus 
  • Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate for automating workflows a plus
