•    Lead and develop teams of Senior Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and Engineering Specialists.
•    Build empowered, collaborative squads focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
•    Manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality delivery and accountability.
•    Act as the primary engineering partner for RESL business, product, and cross functional teams.
•    Communicate clearly on project progress, risks, and decisions.
•    Maintain strong controls for stability, resilience, disaster recovery, and production readiness.
•    Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing improvements.
•    Champion engineering excellence, automation, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps practices.
•    Oversee budgets and ensure efficient use of funds and resources.
•    Foster a culture of customer focus, engineering excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
•    Coach and grow technical and leadership talent across the organization.
•    Ensure squads stay aligned and outcome-driven.
