Who You’ll Work With

The All Bank Delivery Office has been established to drive and govern Scotiabank’s key strategic programs and initiatives - which by nature are highly complex and dynamic - through   proper project best practices.  Its primary objectives are strategic forecasting, increasing project management competencies and project delivery which includes the effective use of common project management methodologies, tools, templates, education and training.  Our work is focused on leadership, problem solving and driving results.


What You’ll Do

As Director, Project Management for the All Bank Delivery Office, you’ll work closely with Scotiabank's internal teams, providing leadership and executional capabilities to ensure business units are able to deliver and sustain the full benefits of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. Right from the start of a project, you will be on the ground ensuring that successful project outcomes are a priority. While engaging internal stakeholders, your role is to lead, oversee and ensure effective project delivery and sustainable project benefits.

  • Working with experienced business leaders who will empower you to lead your projects, develop your capabilities and make things happen.
  • Development of project management and change management plans that incorporate all business, technology and operational aspects of the project
  • Identification and management of dependencies between individual projects in the program
  • Establishing and managing the critical path, such that priorities can be set, communicated and adjusted with awareness of the potential impact on quality, cost or timeliness



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, with an excellent academic record
  • Completion of an MBA is a strong asset
  • PMP, Process Improvement, Change Management and Agile certifications are considered assets



  • 10+ years of experience in business or consulting roles, with a proven record of achievement and impact
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience,  leading large scale and complex transformations

  • Communicating complex ideas clearly – both verbally and in writing
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites, depending on engagement location
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and technology is an asset
  • Spanish not required but is considered an asset
