Title:  Digital Campaign Manager, Acquisition and Engagement

As the Digital Campaign Manager, Acquisition and Engagement, you will support the design, management, and execution of marketing programs and customer communications delivered through digital channels.

You will be the primary contact for business lines requiring digital support to drive growth through product acquisition, engagement and adoption, product optimization, project support, operations and brand building objectives that help add value for the customer. You’ll work with business lines to gather and determine marketing needs and requirements for the channel, inclusive of our Communications Centre, banner and text ads, A/B multivariate testing and sales modules within the sites, as well as ABM targeted marketing.

  

Is this role right for you?

  • Manage authenticated channels (Online, Mobile, and ABM) sales, engagement and adoption campaigns for assigned business lines, specifically targeted and mass campaigns.
  • Proactively identifying and recommends future campaign and initiative improvements through active awareness by staying abreast of emerging customer needs and understanding of emerging digital marketing tactics, channel metrics, industry best practices, and A/B/multivariate test results.
  • Preparing reports for management and business lines detailing campaign performance with insights and recommendations for future consideration that add value for the customer and meet demand.
  • Provides input to help support the strategy for evolving the authenticated digital banking channels
  • Lead development of channel initiatives designed to improve sales & marketing effectiveness that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure online and mobile marketing and sales initiatives are executed to achieve optimal customer experience within the authenticated digital channels.
  • Participate in agile squads/sprints as a Subject Matter Expert to help shape and develop new functionality, user experiences, customer journeys and other initiatives to meet customer demands and drive sales, online and mobile banking adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Execute on the project requirements for various business lines within the authenticated channels.
  • Lead all campaign testing activities across all business lines, including coordinating campaign launch dates, optimizing maintaining marketing calendar, as well as responsible for all escalations related to operational activities.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You’ve completed post-secondary education in Marketing
  • You have proven success managing digital marketing campaigns
  • You love data! Your analytical skills are exceptional, specifically with marketing campaign analysis.
  • It would be awesome if have knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
