Reporting to the Senior Manager Development, the Delivery Lead for Non-Functional Projects and Activities will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and reliability of the Investment Platform (IP). This role leads non-functional initiatives, production support, and incident management, while ensuring compliance with bank standards and effective coordination across internal teams and vendors.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Dedicated Delivery Lead for non-functional projects, ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of all non-functional projects for the Investment Platform (IP).
  • Lead remediation efforts for reported vulnerabilities on IP servers, ensuring timely resolution, clear remediation plans, and coordination with vendors.
  • Ensure all bank infrastructure standards are applied and maintained across IP, including ESLM, LAM, and related controls.
  • Lead the production support team to ensure application stability and reliability, including adequate resourcing and coverage.
  • Own and lead major incident management for IP applications, including triage, coordination, communication, and resolution.
  • Provide dashboard reporting for non-functional activities, major incidents, and incoming requests to the team.
  • Effective communication skills to help achieve clarity with Stakeholder Management, Conflict Management and getting the required support to stay focused on the delivery
  • Provide transparency to the stakeholders during project execution and raise alerts on the risks well in advance and facilitate conversations to come up with a mitigation plan

  • The incumbent should have a good understanding of banking, retail investments domain, agile principles and values.
  • The incumbent must be well organized, adaptable, highly motivated, creative, self-driven people person with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • A recognized bachelor’s or Post-graduation degree in information technology, business technology, computer science along with 10+ years of practical experience in Project Management, Vendor Management is required.
