Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Support customized strategy development and advisory support at an enterprise and business line level, including research, analysis, and compelling strategic recommendations that solve business problems. 
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives. 
  • Assist in tracking efforts, establishing KPI reporting, and performing necessary analysis to organize information and draw actionable insights.  
  • Provide updates on key program performance to stakeholders and executives. 
  • Complete impact and gap analyses for project work; seeking out and consolidating stakeholder input from various business partners. 
  • Create presentation decks based on predetermined guidelines to support proposals.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions
  • You have a high level of competency with MS Office suite, especially Excel. 
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You can manage multiple tasks at once and are adaptable with priorities. 
  • You are analytical and self-motivated, with a strong achievement orientation and attention to detail. 
  • You have strong strategic thinking and results-focused skills.
