To connect job seekers who are blind or partially sighted with inclusive employers, industry professionals, and career opportunities. It provides a space to build relationships, learn about accessible career pathways, and increase visibility within the job market. The event also supports participants in developing confidence and expanding their professional network in an accessible, virtual environment.
