Our Core Banking Engineering team is looking for an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to innovate and collaborate on the value-driven goals in delivering customer value.

  

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:


•    Lead the requirement gathering, business definition and translation of business requirements to user story grooming that drive strategic transformation.
•    Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
•    Partner with Project, Business, Engineering, and Testing teams to ensure readiness for delivery, testing, and post-implementation success.
•    Support application testing and collaborating with teams to ensure application quality and correctness, meeting relevant specifications and requirements.  Tasks may include test planning and execution, including Automation, Manual, Regression, Integration, Performance and/or E2E testing.
•    Co-ordinate the enhancements intake process, providing clients and stakeholders smooth engagement process for initiating changes and support efforts.
•    Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
•    Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
•    Work closely with all team members in agile lab and agile environment

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

•    You have 4+ years of experience in information technology, developing and supporting applications, including 1+ year of experience in a Business/Quality Analyst (or) similar role
•    Excellent communication skills — able to present topics to technical and business groups.
•    Understanding of one or more computing platforms (cloud, mid-tier, mainframe), web, API and database testing technologies
•    Automated testing and API REST/SOAP testing experience highly desirable
•    SQL, DB2 experience desirable
•    Hands-on experience with Agile practices, Jira, and Confluence.
•    Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is a plus.
•    Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
•    A strategic and analytical mindset — you see the big picture, connect patterns, and anticipate potential risks.
•    Curiosity and courage to ask why, challenge assumptions, and explore innovative solutions.
•    Proven experience in business process mapping, system analysis, and requirements documentation.
•    Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
•    Experience conducting gap and impact analyses for large-scale systems or modernization programs.
•    Availability to work on-site 3-4 days per week.
