The Commerce Engineering team is looking for a Business System Analyst to define processes for onboarding and maintaining marketing technology capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and establish business processes for onboarding and operationalizing marketing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating requirement documents and complete platform governance activities as needed.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turning them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams and process flows.
  • Conduct ongoing governance to ensure the accuracy of platform playbooks, PII, and other relevant information.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements.
  • Recommend platform and operational improvements by analyzing current practices and collaborating with vendors.
  • Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, experience in large enterprise organizations, FI preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
  • 2 Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of end-users.
  • Nice to have experience with Adobe’s MarTech solutions (Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Offer Decisioning, Adobe RT-CDP, AEM, etc)
