The Business Project Manager is responsible to:
•    Support the International Banking Anti Money Laundering initiative in the delivery of financial and project management services to stakeholders located around the world.
•    Performance of financial operational activities such as budgeting forecasting and payment processing.
•    Perform financial analysis and project management. Produce presentations, reports, minutes and other information.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Apply all project management standards and templates and develop processes and controls to be efficient and deliver great results.
  • Maintain Project documentations and correspondence, as appropriate
  • Liaison and facilitate time tracking reporting and perform ongoing communication of project status, and escalating issues to senior leaders, as required.
  • Support the Delivery Manager to maintain momentum of the project against a background of constantly conflicting priorities.   In this role you are required to multitask on several projects at one time depending upon complexity and activities in progress.
  • Act as the project secretariat; this includes preparing/distributing agendas, attending meetings, preparing/distributing clear and detailed minutes on a timely basis, recording, communicating and following up on action items and maintaining project distribution lists.
  • Financial Management
  • Perform financial operational and management activities and Support risk management activities
  • Lead transfer pricing and financial allocation activities
  • Invoice processing
  • Maintain the budget which includes full reconciliation of the project budget and completing investigations for differences as they occur
  • Formally document and cost project activities by using the Microsoft Project tool
     

Experinece / Education:

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methods.
  • Skills in relationship building and ability to work in collaboration with other members of the team
  • Customer focused and performance oriented
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and deliver great results under pressure
  • Proficient in MS excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
