Reporting to the Senior Manager of the PPM Intake Team, this role is primarily responsible for guiding stakeholders and end users through the change management process associated with the introduction of new PPM processes and functionality. The role will work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their training and reporting requirements. Additionally, this position will support quarterly upgrade cycles by assisting with testing and validation activities, will assist in QAT for enhancement request, and will provide Level 2 support to the PPM Support Team.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Manage a backlog of enhancement requests received from our users and stakeholder.
- Document the requirements and manage the prioritization of these requests.
- Develop and deliver training material and user guides to support the rollout of current and future PPM functionality throughout the bank. This involves documenting processes and technical solutions for job aids and delivering training.
- Conduct QAT and post implementation validation of enhancements.
- Provide business support to all units, including new and existing products and structuring, ad hoc queries and MIS, user training, and assisting with the design and implementation of system enhancements.
- Analyze PPM reporting requirements to develop reporting solution based on requirements presented from the internal team or from external stakeholders. Clearly define user requirements and processes. Direct individual users on how to use and build reports in PPM.
Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of the assigned Lines of Business, by applying their business process and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or system solutions. - Support quarterly upgrade cycles through providing testing and validation activities
- Act as L2 support for the PPM Support team and the PPM user community

- Creative and self-starting, results oriented and highly motivated with very good analytical skills in order to apply this knowledge to independently resolve complex business problems.
- Knowledge of the bank's project planning process is highly desirable.
- Experience managing change management and the roll out of new functionality to large groups of users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of PPM is a bonus.
- Good time management and organization skills in order to manage and prioritize a back-log of requests from our users.
- A recognized under-graduate degree in business, economics, mathematics or a related discipline, along with 2 to 4 years of practical experience is recommended.
