The Team

The Solutions & Support team is responsible for providing production support and maintaining applications within Global Payments Technology that serves our corporate and commercial clients. Working with your Manager, Team and our business partners, the vision is to provide support in our journey.

The role

We are looking for an energetic and results driven individual with experience in the financial industry. The incumbent will play an important part to help the team achieve the desired goals by align expectations between our business / clients and our Global Payments Technology Teams. The incumbent is part of our Solutions and Support team.  

Working knowledge of commercial banking and/or business payment systems/processes is also an asset.

Is this role right for you?

•           Execute detailed requirement gathering and solutioning (Facilitation of Deep Dives, & Change Champions; analysis, etc.)

•           Communication with Change Champions and Ecosystem Leaders (with Implementation Lead).

•           Takes direction from the Sr. Manager and Change Management on content execution, management of communications, etc.

•           Adapts change program to suit specific ecosystem (e.g. changes to timelines, audience, resources used) with Management oversight 

•           Lead the EPM/APM group, run the meetings, set agenda etc.

•           Supports the go live, implementation, and evaluation plan including move logistics.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

Minimum Requirements

  • The incumbent must possess good interpersonal and communication skills written and verbally to colleagues, senior management, external vendors and various business lines
  • Must have intermediate experience with MS Suite specifically Word and Excel
  • Be able to coordinate and facilitate discussions and have experience with discovering new processes to create documentation

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow , JIRA and Confluence will be an asset
  • A recognized under-graduate degree
  • Previous commercial banking and/or business payment systems/processes experience would be an asset.
  • Previous experience with Change/Release Management would be an asset.
