Join a dynamic and collaborative Agile ecosystem that contributes to the Leading-Edge Application platform for Caribbean at CCA Technology Digital Engineering, servicing the Cash Management application for our Commercial and Corporate and Small Business customers. The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager

 

The Role

 

The Business Analysis Specialist contributes to the overall success of the Cash Management Banking ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives

 

What will you do?

 

  • The incumbent is responsible for key projects within the department and manages multiple small and large projects concurrently.
  • Champion a customer focused culture within the team and contributes to an inclusive work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insights
  • The incumbent must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management skills while maintaining accuracy of project deliverables within budget and established department guidelines and protocols, escalating as necessary.  
  • Ability to proactively identify project risks and contribute to overall project health and success
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for upcoming initiatives and operational improvements
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues in Global regions.
  • Provide post implementation and anchoring support for ongoing releases
  • Support production issues and handle escalations as needed
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members
  • Support various portfolio initiatives where possible
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

 

What do you need to succeed?

  • The incumbent will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, OR a minimum 5 years’ experience in Cash Management
  • The incumbent must work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities and changing project requirements.
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion across different cultures
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking, excellent active listening skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and results oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to build and foster relationships with business users, project stakeholders, strategic technology partners
  • Excellent command of MS Office Suite applications
  • Extensive experience in participating in an Agile team environment
  • Ability to speak Spanish is an asset
