The Team

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Specialist with strong delivery leadership experience to support digital modernization across the ATM channel and financial switch platforms in the Caribbean.

 

This role blends deep business analysis capability with delivery oversight, guiding cross‑functional teams through complex system changes, technology upgrades, and enterprise integration activities.

 

The ideal candidate brings expertise in ATM and switch technology, enterprise modernization, operational readiness, and end‑to‑end execution across multi‑team environments. Experience collaborating with development, and operations teams is essential, along with a strong understanding of financial services technologies and ecosystem dependencies.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead business analysis activities for ATM and financial switch initiatives, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis, and translation of business needs into clear functional/technical documentation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ATM networks, transaction flows, switch routing, settlement processes, ISO 8583 messaging, and integration with core banking systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define, refine, and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring clarity of business value, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design discussions, ensuring alignment to technology standards, enterprise architecture guidelines, and ATM/switch domain requirements.
  • Technology Delivery & Modernization
  • Oversee technical delivery for software currency, infrastructure modernization, and technology upgrade projects supporting ATM and switch platforms.
  • Manage release cycles and implementation activities to ensure accurate sequencing, environment readiness, and minimal production risk.
  • Coordinate operational readiness across Security, Infrastructure, Networks, QA, and Release Engineering teams to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Support production issue triage and assist with problem analysis, root cause identification, and cross‑team resolution.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Delivery Leadership, and Project management within complex IT environments.
  • Experience in ATM technologies, financial switches, card networks, ISO standards, and transaction processing strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices, engineering workflows, and systems integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to work across complex system landscapes.
  • Hands‑on experience using JIRA/Confluence for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience coordinating release management and operational readiness for enterprise applications.
  • Prior experience in Banking or digital financial services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, drive clarity from ambiguity, and influence without formal authority.
  • Prior technical hands‑on experience (developer, technical analyst, technical lead) is an asset.
