We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our USCM Payment and Cash Management domain. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of security authentication services that power some of the most essential banking experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for quality, a proactive mindset, and deep technical expertise in automation testing.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to define test strategies and scope of work.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in testing, working across multiple complex initiatives and production issues.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
  • Lead and perform hands-on automated test execution using modern industry tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure full coverage of test cases and successful delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and recommend improvements in QA processes, automation strategy, and testing tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and automation.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and continuous delivery.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with leading automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, TestNG, or similar.
  • Proficient in test automation for REST APIs, UI testing, and end-to-end system validation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of payment, cash management, identity management, or authentication systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GCP).
  • Experience with performance or security testing.
  • Banking or financial services experience.
