Contributes to the overall success of the Treasury Transformation Office in support of a multi-year enterprise rollout of the Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) platform. This role is central to building and configuring standardized model components to support asset/liability management, FTP, and liquidity risk use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, strong understanding of ALM, FTP or Liquidity risk frameworks, hands-on experience with ALM systems (QRM or others), and fluency in data science concepts to help drive automation, configuration, and solution delivery across strategic and tactical workstreams.
Is This Role Right for You? In this role, you will:
- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Configure and optimize QRM modules based on business requirements (ALM, FTP, Liquidity, etc.).
- Collaborate with data management teams to ensure clean, structured data pipelines feed into QRM.
- Build, test, and deploy QRM product templates, forecast models, and dashboards.
- Automate configuration workflows using scripting and version control techniques.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable QRM logic and configuration objects.
- Participate in workshops with business stakeholders and IT to define logic, modeling, and stress testing inputs.
- Contribute to validation and user acceptance testing cycles; troubleshoot performance and reconciliation issues.
- Support long-term governance and knowledge transfer by documenting configuration patterns and best practices.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to support technical QRM environment needs (e.g. server provisioning, deployment support).
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do You Have the Skills?
- Strong understanding of ALM, FTP, or liquidity risk frameworks
- 3–6 years of relevant experience with Treasury platforms (QRM or others), their usage implementation or support
- Hands-on experience with QRM configuration (Product Templates, Static Data Tables, Forecast Rules, etc.) desired but not necessary
- Working knowledge of database structures, SQL, and data staging practices
- Experience with Python, R, or similar scripting/data science tools is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Ability to synthesize complex technical inputs into understandable outputs for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with IT and business teams
- Experience supporting large-scale treasury, risk, or regulatory transformation programs
- Exposure to QRM data integration frameworks (QDL, FTP mapping, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory capital or liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
